Classes & Sessions
Ways to practice
Every offering is taught the same way: traditional practice, trauma-informed principles, and a genuine welcome for beginners.
Private Sessions
The deepest way to practice. One-on-one sessions built entirely around your body, your history, and your goals — whether that's anxiety relief, strength and mobility, a safe return to movement, or a meditation practice that finally sticks.
- Single session — in your home or virtual Ask about rates In-home across the DC metro area, or virtual from anywhere. Sessions further afield — Bethesda, Chevy Chase, Northern Virginia — include travel.
- Regular practice Packages available Most clients practice weekly or every other week. Get in touch and Vibha will put together something that fits your schedule and budget.
Group Classes — beginning this fall
Small weekly classes in Mount Rainier's Gateway Arts District. All levels, every time: postures are offered as invitations, with variations for every body in the room.
Community Class — always free
The community class meets every week in Hyattsville, led by a rotating circle of community teachers — that's the "community" in the name. Vibha has taught it for years and takes her turn once or twice a month. The class is seva — selfless service — and it is free, always. Nothing to pay, nothing expected. Come as you are.

Workshops & Retreats
Periodic deep-dives — pranayama intensives, meditation series, and seasonal day retreats in and around the DC area. A destination retreat in India, studying yoga at its source, is in development.
Workshops are announced to the mailing list first.
